I recently ordered a Biketronics package which included the BT4180.14 amp.
After ordering I noticed on their webpage a paragraph I had previously missed saying regarding the amp: ""Not plug-n-playfor 2014+ Ultra without additional wiring, please contact Biketronics forinfo."


Needless to say I was worried I did not originally order the part so I emailed Biketronics (I am in Australia) requesting I organise an order for the relevant wiring.


Got a reply back from Biketronics (not much longer than 30 minutes after sending my query) stating they included the part in my original package sent out to me, free of charge!


Way to go Biketronics! - great customer service!


I recommend Biketronics to anyone considering upgrading their system (including people overseas - they made organising my order easy - even from the other side of the world!), their responsiveness and customer service are great. They answered all my technical questions quickly and clearly (via email) and organised my package through Paypal which made the transaction easy.
