I was wondering if anyone knows if there is a kit for this year and model. I'm not thrilled with the stock unit. Navigation is finicky. Cant bluetooth to my headset and the splash screen is annoying and sticks sometimes for a few minutes. I'd like to upgrade to a better unit.
Can anyone share your experince? I want to know about thumb controls etc...
I know I can go to Boom Audio but if I'm going to spend to change I'm hoping for better options.

What are you wanting to do change out the head unit?

 

Biketronics sells a kit to change out the head unit I think, as does metra. There are no double din kits yet that I've seen, just single din.

 

Maybe you should buy a Goldwing.

 

I just want to know if anyone else has added a different head unit. I'm concerned about fit. I want it to look stock and still have the thumb controls work. To me harley head units are garbage. Just didn't know if anyone had had this adventure yet and tell me what they used. Metra also st of the adapters for the faceplate on car audio just know squat about this setup.
