Your weakest component is going to be the stock head unit. Everything else is very strong. That system will scream with an aftermarket HU. Doesn't really have to be that expensive to be better than the stock head unit. Almost any aftermarket HU with 4V pre outs is better than the stocker.

I just wanted to preserve the look of stock cockpit. However, if the HU is going to be a big change in sound quality, I will consider getting an aftermarket one. I'm glad that the components I listed got a positive thoughts.

That's is the biggest thing here about upgrading.....getting over the stock HU, once your mindset about replacing the stock unit, its when your upgrade will be huge. Me replacing a 2004 unit was real quick to replace, after the BT4180 was in place with a solid HU, it was all speakers. Pull the trigger and procure a solid Sony, Kenwood, or Pioneer HU. Good luck.
Yes about the rca outs.

Is it really a necessity to have a 4V pre outs HU?

No Sir. 2.5v will work just fine. 4v just means you won't have to turn the gain up as high to get the same acoustical result. Low gains are a good thing.
