Default Ok, first power up,

Front speakers only? Because it's not been flashed yet I guess, nothing going to the rear outputs? The rears give a little pop,, like when you first turn on a stereo.

I also can't figure out how to do left right balance, book doesn't say anyway either,, doesn't have that option? If not then I guess I don't need to worry about having the L/R outputs for the RCA cables wrong,, LOL
I cans see where it's not necessary, you're sitting dead center all the time anyway.

Cool you finally got some sound! What bin file do you have stock?
Soon I hope to get in and try option 2 on the Biketronics recommendation. Option one doesn't sound so well.

One more video, how did you all wire bags inside? Where did you place the hole in bag?
Here is my idea,

I see you have got quite a bit done since the last time I checked out your thread! Congrats man you're almost there!!

You want to get a 3/4 in hole saw and drill a hole just to the left of the pins that hold the bags in place. Make sure the hole doesn't impede your ability to lock your bags in place! Then you will have to visit Harley Davidson and purchase two rubber grommets just like the ones your pins are in to place in the holes. Use dielectric grease to help them slide in better. Need to do this procedure on both of the bags.

You will also need quick disconnects to take your bags off and on. there are many styles to choose from but I keep it simple and use these:

Amazon.com : CES 16 GAUGE 2 PIN QUICK DISCONNECT HARNESS : Vehicle Wiring Harnesses : Car Electronics Amazon.com : CES 16 GAUGE 2 PIN QUICK DISCONNECT HARNESS : Vehicle Wiring Harnesses : Car Electronics

I didn't put bag speakers in, cherish the room that's in there for trips.
I would however put heat shrink on the full length of the speaker wires for the bag lids for protection and looks.
i wonder if you can get the gromets that the fairing speaker pods have and use them for the bags. Just a thought.
Your four speaker system is going to sound great!

I made my own rear wiring harness with deutch connectors which are hidden under the seat. I took a 1/2" drill and put holes in the bags, then bought rubber grommets in 5/16" inner diameter and 1/4" wall depth. It's the smaller grommet on the right. to get them the same without all kind of PIA measuring I put the bags side by side after I made the first hole and used a black sharpie to make a mark on the other bag, presto holes in the same location.

When drilling through the bags use painters tape on each side, use a smaller bit first then use the bigger bit. Go slowly, the drills will eat the ABS up pretty quick and if you try forcing it might catch then tear them up. You might even want to put a piece of wood on the inside.
