I've been reading on here quite a bit and have been able to pick up pretty much what I need to know - especially in the Rushmore thread. There's one thing that I'm not quite sure about though.

I'm installing the PBR 300x2 and noticed there's a kit for models up to 13. I'd like to buy the kit and possibly retrofit the bracket...even that isn't a huge deal. I like how it comes with all the wires and connectors ready to go with plugs for the amp.

BUT, here's the question: Does anyone know if the speaker connectors are the same on 2013s down as on 2014s and up? Comaptibility would be one big reason for spending extra on the mount kit as I'd like to simply plug into the OEM connectors. Doesn't make sense to spend the money if they aren't a direct plug.
