when i use the handlebar volume control to adjust voume, the display shows NAV volume , and the bar graph increases or decreases with the switch , but no volume change is heard. The volume is shown , at only 4 bars, if i scan through the different settings ,ie... base , trebble , but i cant adjust from there. Any thoughts, I have tried to reset to factory defaults , no change
