Don't hook the stock speakers to that amp.

Do you know the RMS ratings on them?

I'm searching for specs but coming up empty. They may handle a little power but your gains will be so low that I doubt you'll benefit from them being hooked up. It's your call bud.

Also from what I remember when we put that amp in his bike...it doesn't have gain settings so Bates is correct, you'll blow the stockers sending full 75w.

BUT I also remember using the stock HU on a 2008 we had to use an RCA converter because the high level inputs were overdriving the amp and sending it to protect. There's a switch on the amp to set it to high-level or low level. I'd say try it out and if your amp starts to cut out, you'll want to use an RCA converter.

I have an RCA converter coming as well.

I hope it works ok with just using the front speaker wires as the inputs for the amp. I don't have the rear wiring harness to use the rear speaker wires as inputs as well.

Honestly Jones. You won't like the JBL 6.5's. I tried to make those things sound good every way possible when I had them a few years back. Polyfill you name it. They just don't sound that good on a bike in the wind. Not judging your speaker choice but I wouldn't fool with them again. But thats just me. You may like em. Now the GTO939 6x9's are a beast!
