I have a 2014 CVO Limited. I have installed the latest software download. I think it is 1.18.2?
Anyway, here is my problem. Start the bike. Radio screen comes on. No sound at all. The hand controls do not operate. Turn bike off. Let sit a couple of seconds and restart and all is working normal.
I have been told this is a known issue with this latest update.
Any ideas to fix this issue?
Is there a way to go back to previous software, 1.17.0?

bring it back to the dealer and have them either fix it or flash it back to previous version software.

 

I think many of us are experiencing the same issue. Someone posted new updates in the Rushmore forum bet they aren't listed on the Harley site yet. Not sure how they were obtained but they are version 1.19.
