It's too bad all businesses aren't run like Biketronics. I have been trying to troubleshoot a volume control problem after a radio swap, and since I'm running a Biketronics hand control module the first thing I did was shoot them an email. Yesterday I got a call from Bill, who explained Sony had made some slight changes since I had installed the module. Long story short, he's sending me a new module. I didn't expect that, I was just looking for some guidance. I don't think I've ever had such good customer service. Great products too. Kudos to you sir.

 

I put in a RF amp, kenwood deck from BestBuy, and a Biketronics radio install kit. I had to contact Biketronics for my module install and they were unbelievable! They even helped me maximize my amp/radio settings even though it wasn't theirs! I now wish I had gone Biketronics from the get-go for everything. These guys are #1 in customer service and have earned my future business. Next time it will be a complete kit with amp + 7.1's.
