your's should be an easy fix if you're inclined to pull it out and take the face off. If not, call Tony @ Iron Cross Audio and he'll fix ya right up.

Same on my 2014. Here is what the dealer has done:
1. Told me its a software issue and flashed the software again.
2. When that didn't work took it back and they did a reboot.
3. When that didn't work I took it back and they did another reboot and said they couldn't recreate the issue. Left it with them...told them to find the issue or put another HU in. They still have it, we will see.

Thanks Ultranuts...is this Tony's email?
Again I am in Beirut Lebanon, so might not be an easy fix at this end, but worth emailing Tony to see if there is anything we can work out.
Cheers
