does any know where i can get or have the wiring schematic for 2001 fltri factory installed radio, want to see if they have output wires for rear speakers.

That radio will not have rear speaker outputs. The RadioSound units were Ultra-specific, so no connector on the back of a non-Ultra radio to tap into.
