Ok I see, should have looked at your sig. So your system sounds as it should minus the fade with the 135_OFF.bin.

With the 00_OFF.bin and gains set by DMM to 3/4 volume, much over half volume hurts on cretin songs. The system sounds pretty good unlike most with this .bin file. So there is most likely room for improvement. I'm going to wait to see how Nutz project works out before running to the dealer for a flash.

BTW, has the info been posted on the steps that need to be taken to get to the 135_OFF.bin?

The EQF file it points to is:

That's what we had installed on my buddies. He is running the RZ4 with 4 speakers front channel to front and rear channel to rear. Sounds Great and extremely loud as well. Only thing not working is the fader.

Thanks tgrisko, but one more question, what software version do you have?

The latest one.... I will NOT update my HU again as I just found out that the software updates can mess with your flash.

Still confused on my end. Looks like we still don't have a definitive fix for the situation at hand.

To recap.

There isn't anyway to have the fader work
Different flashes needed dependent on HU update

Am I wrong? I'm not disappointed in the OP's findings, just disappointed that I personally have no idea whats going on.

It's a HUGE learning curve for all... there is a lot of frustration involved on everybody... from us the consumers to the HD techs who SHOULD be fully trained on Digital Technician and have ALL the facts... which I don't think will happen. With the assistance of the people here and the donation thread to support the effort... we should make some headway
