Helmet headset volume

Short answer, no. Longer answer, yes. Once you have the headset volume turned all the way up and find it's still not loud enough, you'll need either a headset with larger speaker drivers, or some kind of headset amplifier wired in to the mix.
We don't use the CB functionality, so I wired both headset ports up to 1/8" jacks and can plug into our Sena comms units to further boost the signal. To use the 7-pin connector, you'd need to splice in a headphone amp to each connector. That wouldn't be terribly difficult, but certainly intimidating if you didn't already feel comfortable doing such things.
Soon after I post this, someone is going to point out a 7-pin compatible little dongle that will do exactly what you want, and that I've never heard of hahaha
