Default Just bought bt7p1 speakers

Gannicus I just bought the BT7P1 speakers through the group buy and I will be putting them in the upper fairing and I will be putting my 62.11i in the rear speaker pods will I be ok to run both sets off of my SS PN4.520D amp even though the BT7P1 are 4 ohm and the 62.11i are 2 ohm?

You'll be fine. I'm running 2ohm in the fairing and 4ohm in the bags.

OK Thanks guys.
If you read about my death that means the wife found out I spent another 2 bills on more speakers.
I couldn't pass up the sale, now I have a new set of 5.25" Kappas, where to install them, they were supposed to go in the rear pods and the 62.11i in the upper fairing but now the 7.1 go in the fairing and the 62.11i go in the pods.
It never ends. Thank GOD.

Man .... I really do like the sound of my Focal VB 165 components up front, but now I'm seriously considering swapping them out for the BT7.1's. They certainly will be able to handle the oomph from the BT4180 better.....

If I put the 52.11i in the lower fairing then I need to spend more than 1 bill since I will need another amp to make it sound loud so it would take 2 bills 1 for the pods and 1 for the amp.
I just dropped 5k on the bike the last month for all my other winter mods.

What's another 100-200 bucks when you can be loud and obnoxious cruising down the street!

If you will help pay for the funeral when my wife offs me then I would it but for now I am happy with what i am currently installing besides If I'm still alive fathers day is only a few months away.
Besides this Sunday is my 29th anniversary and i don't want her to get pissed at me before then.
I can't even ride the bike for the next month and a half anyway to much snow and to cold here in IL.
But thanks for trying to spend my money maybe I should try crowd funding my next set of audio upgrades.
