Yes switch location is very important. I mounted mine high on dash as recommended/per intsructions and wished i didn't. I cover my bike when not in use and an occasional a switch tap has occured, then dammit...a dead battery. I would definately recommend installing switches down low out of site.

Thanks guys for all the props. The cabinets are Stack-On brand and made of steel. I got most of them from Sears a few years ago. I am not sure but I don't believe they make these any more. The floor is race deck.

Couple questions and comments...
1) What are the orange bars the frame is sitting on when you used the bike jack?
2) You have to remove those washers here...
...they will rattle. Just use some heavy wire cutters if you don't feel like taking the bolts off again.
3) This is where I mounted my switches. I like this location and there was just enough room in there.
4) The chrome splash guard does NOT work with the Shotgun Shock because the compressor hits the guard.

The orange pieces are frame protectors sold by Harley. I cut mine to fit around the various cross members etc. on the frame. Thanks for the tip on the washer...I will just cut it off to save myself the hassle of removing the bolts again.
Worked a little on the scoot tonight. Got the upper pipe (rear jug) exhaust back on. Got the HD Script axle covers put on and finished the billet brake arm. Here are a few more pics...
Billet brake arm....BTW, that cleavis pin was a b$tch to get out and put back in.
Pipes back on...
Pipes from the rear and that Avon 150...looks much better than the puny stock Dunflop.
A couple shots showing the rear axle covers with the new chrome swingarm and caliper. SLAMMED....
That's it for tonight. Got a little sidetracked...neighbor came over for a cold one. Hopefully, I will get a little more done tomorrow.
