Mods so far:
--------------------------
Customized Derby cover
Horn Relocation
2" Tank Lift
Aux Lights
Alarm Siren
Horn relocation and Derby Cover....
The Derby cover was scuffed and painted with High Temp paint then the stainless steel Cross Emblem was attached. Total Cost: 12$
Horn relocation ala Mud. Used a cheap AutoZone horn and stuck it under the battery box. Though this will likely change soon. Used a metal Poker Chip my stealer gave me to cover the bracket. Affixed with that heavy duty 2 sided tape that body shops use to put on Tail Gate emblems and the like. (Same for the Cross Emblem above). Total Cost: 12$
Aux Lights, Tank lift, Hwy Pegs, Sitting solo.
(Crappy pics, Camera being a douche)
Aux lights are cheap chrome 50w Wally world lights. Used a piece of angle alum to make a mount bracket. Flattened out the angle a bit so it was no longer a 90, drilled and mounted the lights. Wired with a rely - Main power from the battery and switched from the Customer accessory plug under the seat. Total Cost: 40$
For the 2" Tank Lift. Used varmits method from the Under 50$ thread. Bought a piece of alum tube and used some of the left over angle alum from the aux lights mount. Cut out the pieces, drilled and shaped on a bench grinder and bolted it all together. Total Cost: 9$
Hwy Pegs were bought used for 33$
Laydown Plate
Laydown plate from the Under 50$ thread. Used Bluebob's method. Heavy plastic backer with felt standoffs. Still need to get some trim to clean it up. Total Cost: 0$ + Whatever door ding trim will cost
The famous (infamous?) Guardian Bell :P
Total Cost: $0 - Given as a gift ofc
Not shown is the alarm siren. Plenty of threads on this.. used the cheap Radio Shack siren and wired it all up as per the details in this forum. Very easy mod maybe 30 min total. Now if I could just get the damn thing outa chirp mod id really be happy :P. Total Cost: 10$
Now for a sort of mini review. I have a pair of the Harley Brake Light boots
http://www.endless.com/dp/B000BT0Z6O...977020-2616049
I like these boots pretty well. They are comfortable, not too heavy, zippers make for easy on/off. Like the Looks... But notice the buckle or whatever that the string goes through on the side near the heel? Yeah .. My Primary case has noticed too :/
Ah well... good excuse to pull it off and black it
Thats all for now... will add to this thread as I add to my bike

With alittle more than 8300 miles on the ODO it came time this weekend to change the rear tire...
Snagged a good deal on a Pirelli Night Dragon 180m
Also found it necessary to change the rear wheel bearing while I was at it.. They were quite notched and well on the road to seizing. Not sure how to feel about that at only 8300 miles but I'll let it go to bad luck I guess. Was also less than impressed with the Tech that changed my tire leaving greasy hand prints all over my rear mag lol
Ah... no more fork reflectors. Heres a updated wide shot.
Take care & rubber side down!
