Hello everyone. Just bought a 2024 cvo roadside st. Took the bike to a shop and they put it on a motorcycle lift. Looks like it made some blemishes. Just wanted to see if anyone had any advice on fixing it. The blemish only looks visible when you shine a flash light directly on it. Tried wiping it down and clear coating it and it is still there.

Just dont store the bike upside down and nobody will notice the blem. Congrat on your new Roadside st!

So you've already clear coated over the blemish? You needed to fix the paint issue and then clear coated. Things will hit the frame from the roadways while riding. Not sure what the real issue is.

 

If you plan on riding it at all you'll find that that mark will blend in with the rest of the inevitable chips and dings, but I'm sure your dealer would love to hear from you about this.

Trying to be helpful here: Wipe down any of the glossy black parts of the bike with a rag and you will see blemishes. The black powder coating (it is not paint) is the most easily scratched I have ever seen. As long as you don't see bare metal, nothing to worry about.

Do you also clean the soles of your shoes?

 

cut and buff.... maybe a frame off repaint :-P

Go to the U-haul store and buy the biggest roll of bubble wrap they have, wrap the bike and put it in a closet.....
