That "quick check" metal trans dipstick... Love mine. Much easier to quickly check the trans level without getting any tools out. Super convenient back when "Transfer" was a thing.

My engine oil dipstick is still OEM plastic. Never had a problem with them on too many bikes to mention.

looking for bling and durability. not that the plastic is super horrible or anything. metal is just stronger. I dislike plastic hex plugs lol

Speed check transmission dipstick pn#62700192. Don’t think HD offers them anymore but many options in the aftermarket which are the same. It just removes the need for having to use a hex to spin off the dipstick.
