My setup is exactly the same as what comes on the Ultra or RG Limited. Cost quite a bit more from Harley than from aftermarket sources, but I treated myself. New bike, new build. Here are the part numbers and prices (as of Feb 2024) needed to build a full tour pak.
53000399EYO King Tour-Pak, White Onyx Pearl (Chrome Hardware) $1149.95
90300030 Tour-Pak lock (Key code to VIN) $65.18
53000221 Tour-Pak Mounting Rack (fits 4-Point Docking Hardware) $229.95
52300312 Tour-Pak Passenger Backrest $274.95
67801541 Tour-Pak Run/Brake/Turn - Light Bar $327.95
68000313 Tour-Pak Side Marker Lights $180.95
69203400 Tour-Pak Light Bar Wiring Harness $144.95
79179-08 Tour-Pak Air Wing Chrome Luggage Rack $213.95
53000323 Tour-Pak Premium Liner $109.95
76000505 Tour Pak speaker enclosures $265.95
76000984 Tour Pak Rockford Fosgate Stage 1 Speakers $263.95

I love my 2024 Street Glide. It has a better engine that my prior Electra Glides (1999, 2004, 2010), plus Apple CarPlay, connections for heated gear and fog lights, hill holder, water cooled heads, etc.
Since I didn't finance it and was a little tight on cash, I got an aftermarket trunk with lighting, rack, and backrest for about $1,600 less than HD parts.

I had the money to spend but don't care for those expensive heavy ugly cumbersome tour pack appendages out back since I ride solo .. my bike came with docking hardware and I had the luggage rack and luggage from my 2020 so total cost was ZERO $ and continues to work well for my wants and needs

Comparing to my 2017 SG:
Better: full range of torque, fairing efficiency (i.e. buffeting), dash/IFCU, throttle response, front fender, rear shocks, wheels, grips, bags, fuel economy, lean angle, front brake feel, front brake M/C, lighting, color option, traction control/ABS.
Worse: audio

IMHO:
The Good - Great power with no stage modifications. First Harley I ever bought where that was not an immediate consideration.
Handling-excellent, but dialing in that rear suspension took a few tries.
Infotainment-great but there is a learning curve.
Looks-The thing is beautiful.
The Bad - The seat is horrible, and the windshield is even worse. Took 6 weeks to get a 13" freedom shield, which is excellent. Luckily I had a CVO heated hammock seat to modify which made a world of difference.
Factory stereo is not good. Plan on upgrading, you'll be glad you did. Also, this is a touring bike with no fairing lowers available, which is very disappointing. The rear fender lighting is odd, particularly the "porch light" style license plate light.
The handlebars, to me anyway, are a bit cumbersome. The wrist angle wears on me after about 40 miles. I'm going to put a set of 2023 CVO RG limited bars on mine.
Short of the lack of fairing lowers, these things are fixable, but it seems strange to me that HD brought this bike to market without a compliment of accessories.

I guess if I have one complaint it is how noisy the engine gets when it's fully warmed up. I've had 4 M8's (one for only 113 miles, so I can barely count that one) and every one would run a bit rough around 2-2.5k rpm at light throttle when warm, and this one is no different. Smooths right out when you get on it. Still not fully broken in so we'll see what happens after the 1k mark. Everything else on this bike is superior and it is a blast to ride.

My 2 big complaints are 1) Moodiness and sometimes unpredictability of the engine programming. Somedays you cannot tell the difference between Road, Sport or my custom. Also, we've talked about it here before. The bike will blip the throttle unexpectedly at times at low speeds when downshifting.
2) My front end is very light. I am a on the smaller side and really need to get forward to the tank to take the twisties aggressively. Also, feels a bit unstable at 65+ - especially when there's a lot of "wash" from semis, etc. Would love to hear if anyone has a fix or idea for this.
Other than those, it is a great bike. Power, adjustable suspension, lean angle - used to scrape the boards on my Ultra all the time - have yet to do it on this bike. Aerodynamics is dramatically better than the previous SG. Hoping and praying they release lowers for it, though...They really extend the riding season.
