Still, You will have to debadge the 121 HO emblem that comes in it. And figure out if the larger manifold is needed.... (but the extreme 68 mm manifold IS for sale and it supposed to fit the 23.5CVO and the 24 CVO ST... so...if that fits the latter with the OEM 121 HO air breather... and also fits the Heavy breather available for the 121 VVT, this just might work).
The heavy breather in the P&A catalog comes with a bushing or grommet for the smaller intake. Without that part the intake is machined for the 68mm. I didn't check last night but if needed hopefully the bushing or whatever they call it is available for purchase individually.

According to the dealer it will fit. The adapter (if needed) is available for purchase separately.

Pardon the dirt, last ride ended in rain. Install was very basic and I like the look. When removing the stock air cleaner it helps to leave the top bolt holding the air cleaner housing to the throttle body until the very end. With everything else removed it will let the stock air filter housing tilt downward to give more clearance between the housing and bottom of gas tank. Without doing that my socket wouldn't fit between the housing and tank without hitting the tank. A long T handle is probably a better tool than a socket for that top screw. When installing the filter off the ST to the throttle body the bottom right screw location doesn't leave much room for a socket due to the elbow being right there so just used a regular allen wrench on that one. Just did a quick trip up and down the road, plenty of room for the knees, no issue with boots on footboards or highway pegs. I may just leave the 121 logo on there, I haven't seen the P&A heavy breather on a bike yet, so not sure if the screamin eagle logo it comes with is the same size or not.

Very nice Results!
As for the logo, the heavy breather (the one i have) comes without logo on the breather, just a screaming eagle badge on the base. I ordered that part separately to put it on the intake. Looks good but small. Anywho.. that 121 HO badge wont hurt anyone LOL..
Enjoy the ride
