This simple thing seems to cause some dealers a lot of problems I think it stems from them 1) not being very familiar with it and 2) they look in BCM modifications, and the setting is actually under ECM/ECU modifications. When I picked up the sensor from the dealer, I checked with a service guy I knew there, and he is good with their DigitalTech, but he was saying I might need an update on my bike (??) and he thought they were still waiting on an update for their software... Got home, put it on the bike, hooked up Diag4Bike and enable side side switch and all was well.
