24 Street glide in Whiskey Fire

If I were gonna do it again, I’d look into the dealers who don’t list the price on their website. That tells me they are willing to negotiate. The ones who put the MSRP on their site probably are not. Generally the internet price is going to be the lowest they are willing to take. Maybe I’m wrong idk.

I just joined the forum tonight, haven't had a Harley since 2000.
Absolutely, there are deals. I just bought a brand new '24 Whiskey Fire/Black Road Glide today, $26,500 OTD with the day tripper package. Used 2024 Road Glides are starting to pile up and their prices are $5-6K under new MSRP. The (5) prices I got in the past (2) weeks went all the way up to $33,500 OTD. There are lots of new Harley's sitting around, interest rates are high making sales very weak. It's a buyers market, especially at the end of the month when dealers need to hit targets.

I literally was on my way to the dealer today and was about to try and make a deal. I probably would have overpaid a little. I know inventories are high. I remember walking into this dealer during Covid and they didn’t have anything on the showroom floor. Now they stuffed. And this dealer got hit with CDK! I would be ecstatic at $26,500 TT&L OTD. $26,500 means the selling price has to be around $24,500 to $25k. My guess is there is some dealer cash these dealers are getting from the HD. Idk.
wish me luck tomorrow.

Thanks, while I totally understand the power of OTD and what that means, I sometimes wished people would use $26,500, including tax, title and license or tt&l. A lot of people say OTD and they didn’t pay tax. Anyway,

It was $24,596.00 plus tax, title, registration etc, total $26,500.00. I didn't finance, so they didn't get anything from that avenue. Being it's the last day of the month for most dealers to make a sale, you should be in the drivers seat today.

Think of it this way. The Road and Street Glide used to be $21,900 a couple years ago. Then Covid-19 hit. Prices went up. The pandemic is over. The current msrp s are $26k plus the extra charges for paint, trim and freight. I have a feeling they kept the price jacked up so the dealerships and moco can make good money even if you talk them down. Basically it makes you feel like you good a good deal paying $26k OTD and the dealership still made a killing! Make sense!? Pretty sneaky!
