A few weeks back, as per my posts, I was stranded in Folsom, CA, for 5 days when my radiator hose was punctured.

Had to wait for the MOCO to overnight the parts.

Just ordered this from Thrashin. Wish I had this skid plate on my trip. Would have saved me $2K in hotel and food costs.

 

That’s cool. And $100 isn’t too bad. Surprised coming from them that it’s not $250.

That sucks about being stranded. At least you didn’t get stranded somewhere like Paris, TX!!! LOL

 

I assume that mounts with existing holes, no drilling or tapping required?

HD should issue a recall and attach this to ALL 24’s.

 

If you have an inexpensive source available, have it anodized.

 

The Thrashin boys showed the new skid plate in their latest video. I think they said they will be coming out with a black anodized option soon.

 

it looks al little bit oversized... very close to a skid plate for dirt bike

 

These new bikes rip and handle like a dirt bike, skid plate may come in handy...
