Default Rinehart DBX 40 slipons

anybody have these on their 24 RG/ SG and if so what's your impression? our dealership has a pair at a discount so tempted to pull the trigger..maybe..hoping not too loud for long distance cruising..I don't mind them barking when getting on it

Don't be a hater, they are the same muffler for '17-up aren't they?

FWIW, that is what I have on my bike

Yep, looks like they are same-same

The 4" touring mufflers (now called DBX 40s) are the best sounding Rineharts out there IMO. A bit louder than the KW with the louvered baffle. I prefer the KhromeWerks sound just because it is a little bit deeper, and the KW are not torque killers.

If you DO go with Rinehart, I highly recommend the Fuel Moto 6" tuneable insert to keep the torque where you have it now

Of course, a cam makes all the difference, and you will only get so much out of any of them with a stock engine

I just put a set of 4.5 on mine. For me they’re perfect. Not too loud when cruising but you can hear them if you want to. Nice deep rumble.

I have the 4inch dbx on my SG . Nice deep tone and a nice bark when you get on it. Going along on the highway it is fine. just a perfect tone. I am very happy with them.

I don't have a 2024 but maybe this will help...I'm using DBX 40's now on my 21 114...a little loud for me with the DBX baffle so swapped them out for the standard baffle and also had to add in the FM Torque inserts to get most of the torque back (what Northwestern says above...

I ain't interested in having to fvck around with all that .. I may just go back to Street Canons since I learned today they will work on the 24s despite the fitment guide indicating otherwise .. they aren't too loud and sound and perform great
