@jackd942 That Road Glide is looking awesome...

You just cannot beat the black on black murdered bike for sex appeal.

Either way, it will be the TCMT pack. They’re awesome.

Hmm... idk... Looks like the police bike!

Thanks…and I absolutely agree. I actually went to the dealership intending to buy the sharkskin blue, but once I saw the black on black, I changed my mind.

I've been running the TCMT chopped for a couple of years now. I like it and its solid enough. I did just have to add the rack to the lid though as I need another place to tie things on for an upcoming trip. I may pick up a 2nd one to have for the more sleek look.

If I were to do it again, I'd buy a King and have the rack on it for the long trips and then have a smooth chopped for the shorter rides when I need to pack gear but have less.

For the price its hard to beat and with my bike I'm luck enough that the gloss black works just fine.

I was going to buy the Whiskey Fire - but same thing, I just fell in love with the black on black

I installed and wired my USB power port in the Tour Pak today.

12 v barrel connector to a 5 v USB adapter.

I did get the “base plate”, but it was really overly large to fit nicely inside so I cut it down. Someone may chime in and say that I was doing it wrong, but I like this setup - once and clean.

I waffled between the King and Chopped, but size wise, I think this is going to work well.

For the price, I think it is really nice. The finish on the ABS plastic is clean and a good match for the bike, it is stable and everything looks and feels pretty factory.

for me.

Just the thread I needed. I just bought a 2016 RK Police in Vivid Black.

Great Thread everybody. I have a chopped TCMT tour pack on my 2024 Street Glide. It looks and functions great. I am looking to add Run, Brake turn lighting to it. Has anyone tried adding lighting to their aftermarket chopped tour pack. If so, what did you use for the harness?

Default Which King Tour Pack kit

I have a 2024 Street Glide with the detachable sissy bar 52627-09A and the docking kit.

Is this the correct King trunk kit to order?
