I have the HD hammock on '20 FatBoy and the heated HD Hammock on the '23 RKS. I'm enjoying the HD Hammock seats on both rides.
I had the HD Sundowner on the FatBob and put a lot of miles on that seat.
I would recommend testing the HD seats through your dealership. Negotiate an all day ride with the seat(s) you want to test.
Best of all, the testing is free! And, you'll get to spend a day in the wind, bonus!

Anyhow, clarifying in the opening post that you must have a backrest would have helped, as several of the suggestions won't work with a typical backrest.
You can use the likes of the Grasshopper backrest with probably any solo seat that uses the stock solo mounts. Though stability of the backrest is questionable.

The stock seat hasn't been horrible granted I haven't rode the Heritage very much . Right after my last ride I fell and messed up my back . I really liked the Hammock seat I sat on at the dealer but my favorite has always been Mustang the one I had on my Dyna was super comfortable. Never understand why some people loved Corbin seats so much they are basically like sitting on the seat pan . I have friend who swore by Corbin's talked me into getting one absolutely worst seat ever . When I'm able to ride again I'm going to the dealer and try out the Hammock.

My other 2 bikes have a Russell, but I went with an Ultimate with backrest on the Heritage. I also got the passenger seat and an extender for the sissy bar. The rear passenger seat is much larger than stock, hence the necessity of the sissy bar extender. I'm very happy with this setup. I've put a little over 3,000 miles on it.
