I check my cold tire pressure every 3 weeks, and totally forgot about a TPMS.
To each their own but I like checking my tire pressure at least once a week and staying on top of it like that seems to extend the mileage of my tires and?…keeps me safer and more confident through turns, curves and sweepers.

I’m very happy that such a product is available at this price point.

Bit of advice!
From the reviews on Amazon (and my own personal experience with the same type product from Garmin) on bikes like my Ultra which has long rubber valve stems you should replace them with a metal stem before using these as recommended by Garmin and FOBO. I ignored that and while testing mine, when I hit about 75 mph the rear cap caused the stem to bend enough to strike the rear brake caliper causing immediate deflation. I now have and also recommend the metal T valve stems which also greatly help in reaching the stem to fill the tires.
Besides that, I love being able to check and monitor the tire pressure easily.

The FOBO's I own operate from a phone app, not a receiver. Might want to fact check your BS OP.

Okay…two things.

1: I don’t doubt you but I did a fair amount of review reading and never encountered anyone reporting what you are describing. I think the most complaints came from folks claiming they couldn’t get the caps to bind with the app and they were the same folks who failed to realize that they needed to disassemble the caps first to remove the coin battery insulators and…

2: My valve stem would have to be about 2-3” inches longer than it is to even come close to making contact with rear brake rotor or cylinder…

There may be more than one fobo product and I just didn’t see your app version listed I just know why I didn’t choose what was offered.

either way I’m happy to have what I have for the price I paid and once again I’m sorry for posting here.

As noted by a previous post, any of these tire pressure devices must/should be mounted on metal valve stems. Even though the weight of the device is small, it will cause failure of the rubber valve stem. It's not a matter of if but when.

I have the Fobo Bike 2 on all my bikes, yes it is more expensive then the Chinese ones and I even own a set of 4 from these Chinese stuff on my Quad but the reason why I opted for the
Fobo was that I can see all my bikes seperate in the same app. Currently I have 5 bikes equiped with the Fobo and it is nice that it just uses 1 app to see them all. You can name them
and it is easy to see the results. Now the Chinese one function just as well but it didn't have the option to see more ythen one bike / car in the app.

Cool and thanks. So the money went for software that could categorize multiple bikes in one app…cool and very nice stable you have there and now I have questions for you since you obviously speak from a position of positive experiences with such devices.

1: Are all your FOBO caps on metal stemmed valves?

2: How long have your oldest cap’s been in service?

Your stem is nice and short and shouldn't be a problem. My son has FOBO on his 08 Sportster without issue due to shorter stem. If you re-read my post I said "Like my Ultra which has long rubber stems". Also go to Amazon and read the 1 star reviews. Some say exactly what I have said here.

"Reviewed in the United States on June 10, 2022

Had them on 2 weeks on brand new tiers and I tore out my valve stem from smacking against my break caliper on my bike! There is a 2 inch gap and they still hit. Very lucky no one got hurt just learn from my experience 👎👎👎👎👎👎"
and

This product cut my valve stem down costing me more money to repair the flats than it is to buy the product buyer. Beware, do not buy this product "

I don't agree with it being the fault of the product, it's on the user in these cases. I think it's a great idea but warn those with long rubber stems, like on mine that were off of an 07 Street Glide which in addition to being long are also at an angle so the centrifugal force of the spinning wheel at speed, causing it to bend enough to strike the caliper
