Default Had Harley fix the speedo going issue?

On my 2020 heritage I had the often reported speedo fogging issue. I just wonder if Harley has fixed this issue with the 2022 models? I seem to remember hearing somewhere that they had a revised speedo with the newer models. So if anyone has a 2022 does your speedo still fog?

I have a 2018 Heritage and replaced the speedo with a new one. No fogging. Less than $200.

I have a 2018 and drilled some holes in the back of it and it has not fogged since.

Don’t know if the fixed it but I had a fuel sending unit replaced for my 2018 ( under Harley esp) for a faulty fuel gauge reading.

This was about three months ago and I have not had an issue with fogging since.

Maybe because they had the tank of off and the Speedo tach gauge off eliminating any moisture that was in there.

this is a frequent post. I had two speedos replaced under warranty, no help. kept fogging. finally removed one screw and flipped speedo upside down. drilled 4---1/8" holes in plastic to let moisture out. no more fogging, and I live in Florida! be careful, drill just so the bit breaks thru the plastic and dont break the circuitry.

My second one fogged up worse than my first one. Drilling the backside totally cured the problem. I will say that people are drilling holes that are much too large. Use a #60 (.039") drill, or for you metric people, use a 1mm drill. Ease up at break through.
