Has anyone done a homemade wedge or added washers to extend the angle of the kickstand adapter for lowered bikes? I recently lowered my 2018 Breakout and most of the time the bike sits a tad bit upright. I have to find a spot in my driveway that is uneven to park it at an angle.

I would like to see a video of the Heritage problem.

Definitely is a big change in the wrong direction from previous models. My Sportster stand is much better.

I got used to mine, but it still could be better, try having one break like mine did, fun, fun fun.

Here's the problem - imagine you're sitting on the bike, shut it off and try and deploy the kickstand. You can't get it into the full forward position because it hits the ground and won't go further, so you need to lean the bike over to the right, push the kickstand fully forward, then lean the bike back to the left onto the stand. Then it digs into the pavement, and often won't slide across it which causes you to dick around more, rocking it side to side to get it to lock into position. A true jiffy stand doesn't have these issues. People drop these bikes because of this, including my wife dropping it once, and she's had several close calls.

UPS tracking says I'll have it tomorrow.

Do you guys want pics of the install too, or just info on whether or not it works as advertised?

For me, I'd like to see a picture of the kick stand resting on the floor with the weight of the bike on it. Interested in the angle of the foot on the floor. Does it sit flat? Also your thoughts on how it works. Anything you post will be more than we have now. Thanks in advance.

Personally, I'd just like to know if it works as advertised. Installation pics would be a bonus too.

I just meant the leaning to the right part, by that, I presume it is too long, is that the issue or something else? That's not an issue on the Lowrider. Now that I think about it, I am pretty sure I can lean to the left a little as I deploy it.

We all have the "digs into the pavement" issue, it's the rubber pad. I keep thinking I should see what it would take to replace the rubber with metal, but just have got used to my method now I suppose.

Yes, it's too long. What is this rubber pad you speak of?
