Finally got mine home, had to wait for a brake line to get in and installed. Went straight to the garage and now torn apart. Eight miles on the clock, have not ridden it more than a few feet, and it's in pieces.
My wife who is 5’ has 6.5” pull back Thrashin Risers with 10” Buffalo Apes on a low rider st. Bars sit just a touch above shoulder. All the wiring fit through the bars diameter wise (barely), length was no issue and this includes heated grips. Did use wiring extensions but that is the lesser of the difficult parts of a handle bar job (IMO).
MikeC35, the Kraus set-up looks to be just what I am looking for.
I like the style and construction of the LA Choppers risers, just wish they made them in 2.5 or 4"

Ha, last year my S went 5mi from the dealer to my house before it went on the lift lol. That 5 mi ride home was terrible too, ergonomics stock were trash.
What bars does everyone find most comfortable? I have the thrashing high bend and think it could be better.
So turns out the stock bars have a 18 degree angle. My current thrashin bars have a 20 degree. its too wide and straight still to be comfy to hang onto for long rides
What does hdforums think of reach bars on these bikes
