Sadly the bike will be picked up by the dealer tomorrow, I have a leak on the left side (guess its the Primary cover - on ground it is between the two bolts behind where the drain plug is. enough to give two separate 1 tablespoon sized puddles as I didn't see it till this morning. Wiped it all down underneath get road grime and oil off to see if I could find it but it took another ride to get it warm to have it start seeping again. Basically told them I don't feel safe driving it nearly an hour to return it as I am not a hundred percent sure it won't fly onto the tire while driving.

Nice bike- sorry about the leak, I’m sure they’ll get it fixed up for you. I have the mustache bar and highway pegs, works ok with the existing snorkel. I’m 5’11” with a 30 inch inseam - I do have the Harley ventilator to go on after I get my 1000 mile service.

What seat are you running? Any changes to your bars or risers?

I have a Mustang solo touring seat with the detachable backrest. I also have the passenger seat, not installed though but just in case. I added 2 inch handlebar riser extensions to the factory risers.

Thanks. I am going to try the riser extension and see how that works out.

I am looking at their Wide Tripper seat with backrest, is that similar? I am also curious if the backrest works with an Advanblack top case mounted over the passenger area. I am finding all sorts of ways to spend money

I really like the idea of the ST, but the seating position just isn't comfortable. If I could set it up like a Heritage Classic that would be ideal. I know, forward controls on a sporty bike is less than sporty, but if I wanted to take advantage of the fairing for highway riding I'd be wanting comfort over sportiness. Mustang seat, forward controls, bars pulled back slightly and I'm sold.
