There is this option. On a side note, I do have dk custom’s highway pegs, money well spent.

Those are not bad either. It looks like the rubber might help with the ST vibration. Good to know there are a few options out there.

But that is a pretty hefty amount to spend on a brand new bike to make it comfortable. Still, I was riding it today and had a big smile. I have the 10" HD screen but ordered the Klock Werks 6" dark smoke flare windshield to try that out and see if I like it. It's 25% off right now so I was willing to check it out.
I'm pretty tall at 6' 5" and the previous owner of my Sport Glide with 30 degree rake instead of 28 on the LRST and 1" more travel raising the bike, ended up putting HD 6" risers with 2" setback on the bike.... The cables did not need to be extended on my bike. He also installed a Saddlemen Explorer seat with back rests. He really set the bike up as a baby bagger, and rode it from Pomona, CA to TN to visit a buddy and ride the Dragon's tail a few days in a row, then rode to Sturgis and around WY and MT and then back home the following summer, so he toured on the Sport Glide, so that's how he had the whole bike set up.

If you're just cruising, the stock bars and setup might work for you, but if you're doing extended rides, I find that the HD risers with 2" setbacks are an excellent solution for lower back pain, with a good aftermarket seat. A seat mfg can measure you and add foam or gel pack where needed to move you fore or aft in relation to your bars as well as up or down. Saddlemen is relatively local here in So CA, if what you have isn't quite working perfectly for you on longer rides.

10" Gustaffson screen on the baby fairing. Not enough for my height, I might go 15 or 17" to reduce the buffetting. It's not bad at 50 to 55 mph, but at 75 or 80, it's Mr. Bobblehead time, here.

Picked up my powder coated wheels last night. I can't wait to clean them up and get them mounted. A guy at the shop had a bike on the rack with the lip of the rear pulley painted black, so I had them do that as well.
The Gray bikes should have come with gloss black wheels in my opinion.

Those wheels look spiffy enough, but I wouldnt want to be cleaning them all the time. I prefer the bronze, as more riding time is equal to more happiness.

True enough, I'm just not crazy about the bronze color on the Gray bikes. Bronze looks AMAZING on the new Sand White bikes and even the Diablo bikes. The Bikes even look good with the bronze tank lettering. But dang bronze and gray do NOT go together at all.
Besides it gives me something to do when it's California cold outside. lol

I like to change out valve stems when i get new tires. I dont know about anyone eles but 90 degree valve stems are such a relief when checking air.
