Do you notice any carbon build up on the collector on yours?
No I didn't notice any when I took it off at the time of the Cam swap. I haven't noticed any exhaust leak.

Awesome cam of choice, the pipe is not the best but it still pulls decent numbers

Your bikes tune is holding you back, and that’s mostly due to your FP3. The fp3 isn’t good for anything past a pipe and air cleaner.. since your warranty is long gone I’d recommend buying a PV from fuel moto, they can pre load a tune onto it and I guarantee the AFR will be a lot better than what you have right now.

As others have said, the pipe is definitely hurting you below 4k. The rest looks great, congrats!

I noticed mine on the backside where the two springs hold the collector on to the two individual head pipes. The heat shield on the front blocked this for me. But at any rate, max power for our Harleys runs at an AFR of around 12.4 ish for full throttle--somewhere in a range of 12.0 to 12.8. Your dyno of 4000 rpms up to about 5400 rpms shows the AFR leaning out a bit. Also on your torque dip getting too fat. Kinda all over the place--but that could be the dyno's WBO2 being wonky.

I bet if your AFR was corrected on the torque dip being too fat and the higher RPMs being too lean might gain some improvement there.
