I got a new front tire, rim protectors, tire irons, a motorcycle jack, motion pro valve core remover. I guess I still need a hex bit? the 2020 service manual doesn't show what tool to use.

If you don't want to spend a bunch on an allen socket, you can make a tool like I did. This is a bolt and 2 nuts. Thread the nuts onto the bolt and tighten them into each other (I also welded them). This one is 19mm hex, same as a 3/4", and fits the front axle on my Heritage perfectly. Then just use a socket/ratchet on it to get the axle out.

I tried this but it seems that i needed two opposite threaded nuts, or what i see here a lug nut and a regular nut?
