So I searched the threads, but computers and I dont get along. So heres my question. I have a 2021 FXLRS. I have the 2 year warranty and want to run the screaming eagle tuner for warranty purposes, but I asked the dealer about the smart tune pro module to do with the tuner. They told me it doesnt fit.... It says it works with the 2020 but not the 2021. Is it just that they just havent done much with the new 2021s or does it really not work? Id love to add the wide band 02 sensors, but not a big deal if it doesnt work. just figured id ask the smarter people on the page because I dont trust the dealers as far as I can throw them. TIA

 

The Smart Tune Pro module is still pending EPA certification for 2021 models. Just use the Street Tuner for now and add the module later. Nothing lost.

I have the Smart Tune Pro Module and it runs great. After warranty, you can tune it with a Power Vision if desired.

 

I also am interested in the smart tune pro. How much better is the power vision or other aftermarket tuners than using the screaming eagle pro street tuner and the smart tune pro? Thanks.

 

Yeah, thats what I will do for now,appreciate it. Hopefully the auto tune module comes out soon, im sure wide band 02 sensors will help a little more. Once the 2 years is up Ill run something different, but for now id like to keep my warranty

 

The SE street tuner works great with all approved combinations of H-D components. The wide band module (smart tune pro) can adapt the street tunes more, so it will work well with some after market hardware too. The Power Vision can tune almost any combination of engine components.
