2021 Fat Boy
I'm new to Harley Davidson, which may explain my purchase based on some of the threads I have read, and I am curious why such a dislike for this bike? I really enjoy the look and feel of the ride. I don't have any trouble maneuvering the fat tires. I'm not trying to do any acrobatic riding or such. The stock look is as close to a custom look as I can find. I honestly love the look of the solid rim. The power of the M8 114 is plenty. I don't see much out there on this bike except for some good reviews. I have read about regrets of buying it. Thoughts?

I like mine plenty, although I’m on the fence about getting a bagger. The downside to the Fatboy is that stupid 160/60 front tire. Your only real options are the stock piece of crap Scorcher or the Metzeler Cruisetec. My OEM Scorcher only lasted 3,900 miles (7 months).

wot dislike? welcome to the Internet, small voices make mountains out of molehills. Got one and absolutely loving it.
...except that stupid Scorcher front tyre that wears out simply if you look at the thing. I think they MUST have got the compound completely wrong or a bunch of us got one from a faulty batch. I'm busy switching mine over to the Metz now as well

Don’t read negative **** if it bothers you. Just like what you like. Why care what others think or why they think it. Each person has their own reasons.
I have 2019 FB and love the looks and the ride. I have owned plenty of bikes, all new, usually trading every 2-3 years as we ride a lot, and I have never had two of the same models. This is the first one I love to the point I think I am going to keep it long term as I want for nothing more so why change.
This pic was on a ride today, light rain when we left, road condition were terrible after weeks of flooding rains but I just had to get out and ride the FB and loved every second of it.

Well I was never a great Fatboy fan till the M8 version , the Cylon headlight and all I think is fking BOSS.
A little history, the Fatboy name is an homologation of Tallboy and Fatman, it was a small FU to the influx of ricers hitting the market . The original model even had some features that mimicked those 2 nasty things as well as a similar color scheme to boot . With cancel culture and all just thought to let you know OP, so you know right .
Fight the power . lol
Great bike man , enjoy.
