When cold, start the bike on the jiffy stand and run it for 2 minutes and check the oil - it should be halfway between Add and Full.

I appreciate your input thank you so much I went to a private dealer today and he totally explain it to me not associated with Harley-Davidson dealership he said exactly what you said. So the dealership I bought it from they overfilled the oil apparently.
