speed limited to 121.9mph 2020 FXLRS
I've just done a 131 upgrade ...
131 SE
Powervision utilizing SE smart tune pro WB sensors (FuelMoto starter tune that utilizes the SE WB sensors)
Cycle-Rama 512 Cam
S&S all new internals
Bassami 50th aniv 2 into 1
Black Ops / AIM clutch
so the problem is that on the dyno... the fuel limiter kicks in at 121.9 mph regardless of what gear... we have checked all the boxes in the PV and it is correctly setup verified by both FuelMoto and PV.
the bike pulls like a freight train...(54tq@3800rpm) but I can't get the topline HP ###s because of the cutoff (it looks like she would hit 144ish HP if it could get to 6500rpm).
anyone have any thoughts or have seen this before?

it might be that the PV simply does not dive deep enough into the HD ECM.
Here is the video that inspired me to move forward on my 131 / cycle rama 512.
I talked with Jamie @ fuel moto and he doesn't have a solution and its strange because he is doing a ton of PV and 128kits with no problems.
I will add that when the 131 was initially installed.. we flashed the ECM with the corresponding tune for the 131/SE517 with the SE Pro Street tuner and maybe that installed the limiter (that could very well come off after a certain amount of mileage... mine is at 2000miles now)? As I mentioned.. I am using the SE smart tune Pro module wide band sensor auto tuner in conjunction with the Power Vision.

Jamie,
thanks for responding. I realize that it is a compromise to continue to use the SE Smart Tune Pro... I just hated to keep throwing HD stuff away!
Being honest... everyone wants to hear that magic HP number as I kinda do (did) too... but the reality is the torque number is really where it's "at" with these bikes and I should simply be pretty happy to where it is. This kind of power is way way more than anyone who is riding one up on a softail really needs anyway... it's not a dresser with a couple and gear.
Knowing what I know now about being a newish Harley owner (coming from the ADV and superbike space).... the smart thing to do is buy a 2018 HD FatBob cheaply, hop onto my IPad and the FuelMoto website... go full S&S innards, PV, 128kit, AIM clutch and be into this a lot cheaper than where I am now. (or stuck with my S&S475 camchest on the FXLRS and be happy!)
