Default Making the M8 Softail look retro old school

How about some pics and details from owners who seek that old school look for their M8 Softail? What have you done to make it that way?
This is my 2019 Slim with it's "less is more" approach...

Lowered rear one inch
All stickers removed from every part of bike (VIN, safety, warning, etc)
All reflectors removed
Turn signals removed
Exhaust shields removed
Mirrors replaced with single round mirror
License plate relocated
Wind screen go's on and off as desired
Not sure about the headlight yet
I wanted cocktail shakers but the Cobra slip-on's are a nod to the style and bolt right on
May go to Coker reproduction tires when these are done

Doesn't get much more retro looking than these pair.

These two were built by HD dealership on Gold Coast, Australia

Looks great !
Cokers would add to the look but I expect they would adversely effect handling

I like what you've done. I don't think I would be able to get away with removing the turn signals here in NY (the vampire state).

What I HAVE done, you can see in the photos. I have:
Removed the stock seat and installed the sprung solo seat.
Added a taller 21" windshield, with a blue half tint.
Swapped out the bars for a set similar to old dresser bars.
Added "jackhammer" style handgrips similar to styles from the '50's.
Replaced mirrors with 4"round style.
Added engine guard in black (all the old Harleys had 'em).
Removed passenger pegs.
Added tail lamp collar.
Added glass reflectors to the license plate.

Love the look, just needs a longer hinged rear fender.

I think Uncle G's Heritage is the best looking 18+ I've seen. Tasteful and timeless. Well done IMO.
