Same. Assuming this is a one off piece but does anyone know a fabricator who would make a pipe like this?

I doubt it, but you could maybe add those super-tiny megabright turn signals, they'd be practically invisible until you had to use them...

Not so much retro but it does have a springer front end. Was also a Battle of the Kings build this Side of the Pond..Could have at least cut the pipe ends better perhaps?

Saddlebags?! Can't even run a full fender!!! Haha Also can't see any indicators or taillights of any kind.

You're not looking hard enough. Rear swing arm below the axle and who needs saddlebags when it was bought as a toy not a tourer? Not my cup of tea either but the owner is as happy as a sand flea which is perhaps the most important consideration?
