Yes 29400293 fits stock 114 air box = K&N hi-flo upgrade

other K&N is 29400400 for the SE Extreme ventilator, need new front piece 61300994 ( Black ) but also fits existing ventilator backplate

You are probably correct. But what you are saying is different than what the HD website has to say.

Can you tell me what you intend "by the engine working poorly and i would need reversion control to gain low end power back"

Reversion control is often what people misconstrue as "Backpressure." Reversion happens when the sound energy wave reaches the end of the pipe, and bounces back causing disruptions in the flow of the exhaust. This disruption happens more often at certain RPMs depending on the length and design of the exhaust. Reversion control are things like baffles, crossoverpipes, and lolipops that cause the sound waves to be managed and not return in force back to the exhaust port.
Scavenging and reversion control prevent much of these issues from happening.
Reversion causes contamination of new fuel air mixtures, and robs horsepower and can make tuning an engine difficult.

Here's a real world example with the M8
Rican Biker had a SuperTrapp Bootlegger exhaust that caused some pretty bad reversion issues that lead to a lot of loss of low end torque in combination with his 475c Cam.

You can see as he holds up his DynoChart at 3:58 that the exhaust was causing some pretty bad loss of power making a noticable deadspot for his bike.

So in your opinion i should go for an exhaust 2 in 1 not 2 in 2 for having the best results such as the V&H big shots....i am looking to get more noise from the bike rather then performance so i dont want to spend money on some slipons in which after i install then i would not be happy with them, which they told me are good for me but iam thinking that a full exhaust will be better for more noise..

If you want noise, get a set of shorty pipes that look and sound the coolest to you. If performance doesn't matter then pick whatever.
But If you dont want to loose any performance than look into a set that has some sort of reversion control in it.
The Cobra 909's for example are both a shorty pipe, and have scavenging design built in. When you remove the baffles they will be fairly loud, and wont cause performance issues.
But if you just like the sound and appearance of short shots, then just get those.

I wouldnt fear slip ons either. They get loud. Vance And Hines informed me that their Eliminator 300s will reach 105db which is loud enough to hear a few blocks away.
You should also be aware that the stock headers for the fat boy do have a crossover pipe built in. You can see it in the pictures below; It's the black pipe connecting the two pipes together.
So if you do go with slip-ons, there will be performance and noise increase. A lot of people like the TAB mufflers with Zombie Baffles. Rinehart, and Vance and Hines all make substantial noise. Enough to damage your ears over time.
I think you should probably go with the Shortshots since you seem to like them the most. IF that's what you like the most in terms of style, they will be loud, and I don't think you'll be disappointed with them.

Thanks alot for the great explenation !!!! I was asking if the 2 in 2 will cause any problem becuase i dont want to end up damaging something from the bike engine and as the difference from making shorts shots to slip on is just 400 euro its not alot of money and if the chance is getting more noise i would go for them.
by any chance you know how much db will be dfferent from eliminator 300 or 2 in 2 exhaust ??

Damage the bike? No, you dont need to worry about that unless you loaded in a really bad tune.
I couldnt tell you when it comes to the noise difference, just that both are gonna be loud, and vance and hines told me that the 300s would definitely exceed the legal limit.

'19 FLFBS: Stage II...V&H short shots, SE intake, upgraded oil pump, SE tuner, SE torque cam, and a dyno. It's a bear.
Cut corners if you want, but why? Do it correctly like your first thoughts were going.
Quite a few cosmetic changes since this photo, I do need to update them.
