They allow people to "like" posts but I also wish one could "dislike" a post as well.

 

Friend had a set and he used a rubber curved pad that they use to attach sandpaper to when doing body work for bending the badge...heated the badge with a heat gun paying attention to not get it too hot and then pushing it against the rubber pad to get the curve...He had matt paint so used the rubber pad as he didnt want to get the matt paint screwed up from the heat..Careful as once the badge gets too hot it will melt and twist...May work for you ..Good Luck

 

I planned to repaint my tank and use badges similar to this. I didn't realize it was so faux pax by the HD elitists. I suppose I better rethink or I won't be accepted at bike night 😅

I always like the look of the CVO tank emblems.

 

I found a set of chrome Bar & Shield emblems that I’m planning on using in place of the originals on my ‘07 Ultra when it’s painted.
I don’t think anyone is going to confuse it for a new CVO.
