Default 2018 Fatboy Powdercoat Front End Assembly

I have a 2018 Fatboy. I plan on getting all of the chrome/satin chrome bits powdercoated. This includes the forks, the triple trees... basically the whole front end. Along with a few engine bits, the rear fender mounts, the wheels and rear pulley sprocket. I feel like digging into everything I am coming up with more questions than I am answers.... so that brings me here.

So first, the rear sprocket got scratched/gouge while changing the rear tire last year. I am trying to decide if I want to just powdercoat the current damaged one, buy a brand new one, find a custom one, or even replace it with a different style from another Harley. Which leads me to question #1. I know sprockets have a different amount of teeth, outside of teeth count do all HD sprockets mount the same and accept the same belt? The Fatboy is know for the "50 cal" holes. Lets just call them circle design since they're not actually 50 cal size. 2018 Fatboy has 65 Teeth I believe, so would this fit and function correctly?

Upon searching I have found that the new Fatboy has a 49mm fork. I have also found that the Touring bikes also have a 49mm fork. That brings up question #2.
Does the new Fatboy share forks with the touring bike line? Can we Fatboy owners use touring bike suspension like the Fox front fork suspension cartridges? Revzilla has it listed for 2014-2020 Touring bikes. However if the Fatboy shares the same forks with these touring bikes, it should also fit. Are touring bike forks the same as Fatboy forks?

Below is what I believe I would need in order to replace all gaskets and bearings for everything I plan to powdercoat.

45611-86 RETAINING RING, FORK STEM
48184-01 SEAL, ROLLER BEARING

48315-60 BEARING CUP
45700031 TOP WASHER, STEERING STEM

SUSPENSION - FRONT FORK ASSEMBLY
91700025A FORK REBUILD KIT

ENGINE GASKETS
25700564 Primary Cover Gasket
25700370 Cam Cover Gasket
17369-06 Derby Cover Gasket

WHEELS
9252A ABS Wheel Bearing Front and Rear
9276B Non-ABS Wheel Bearing Front and Rear

Seems to be in another language or not working properly.
I used Ronnies Harley Parts finder. lists every OE part and number based on the year bike I search

Tried to cross reference numbers and they do not match between the Fatboy and Road King.

Just scroll down (quite a bit) until you see the table of contents. Then click on items there.

AAHHHH
I see now. Seems like the Fatboy is on its own for Forks. I don't see any info about touring bikes cross referenced. Which would either mean, that is for Softails only, or completely different design.

I don't think H-D cross references anything. You can get the touring parts list by going up to the main service page and entering the VIN for a touring bike. Just grab a VIN from an ad selling a bike.

Been a while since I’ve been on here. I sold the Fatboy and moved over to a V-Rod. (Night Rod Special)
Might get another Fatboy down the road we will see.
