Got it home and pulled the gaiters off and the right one had a heap of oil inside.
I'm still within warranty period but I don't like handing my bike over to other people to work on, been burned too many times.
That sucks. I freaked out, too. When I saw oil all over the right side, I was going WTF?

I ended up ordering the parts and doing it myself because I feel the same way about ham-fisted dealer techs working on my bikes, warranty or not.

Whoever the guy is doing the right hand fork seals needs to get it sorted out!
A friend had the rhs seal go on his 2018 streetbob last summer at about 10k. It covered the side of his bike in oil. He called the dealer and they came and picked it up.
I'm just hoping mine doesn't go on my lowrider, with no gaiters it'll get messy quickly, lol.

Went and picked up new seals yesterday, had no intention of letting them replace them but I asked if they would be covered by warranty and they said no.

*UPDATE*

Two weeks after replacing my fork seals a car cut me off and bent up my whole front end. Bike was in the shop for ten weeks getting repaired (mostly waiting on parts). Have had it back for about 3 weeks now with brand new complete fork legs, front wheel, triple trees, the whole deal. Got to work this morning and I have fork oil spewing out of the right fork again! Whole assembly is less than a month old! To say I'm pissed off is a massive understatement...

Is it possible to block people on these forums? Just out of curiosity...
