Slim seat suggestions

Uncle G / Mantruck1963:
Still debating the spring seat since I am only 5'6". May help with my back issues too. Can you one of y'all measure from bolt on frame to butt bottom height for me as shown in attached photo?
Thanks!

I get about 3 7/8” more or less. To be sure, the sprung seat does sit higher than the stock seat. Keep in mind that the sprung seat is much narrower across the nose, making it easier to reach the ground than you might expect. I stand 5’8” and my inseam measures 30” crotch to floor in my bare feet. I can flat-foot the bike in my bare feet thanks to the narrow nose of the saddle. With my boots on (1” heel) it’s no problem at all.

Seat HEIGHT isn't the only factor in being able to "touch the ground," the width across the nose of the saddle is the other factor and the reason I don't like the touring bikes. No matter how much they lower the seat, the width across the saddle remains a problem for me.

Seat is installed. Still getting used to it, but can reach ground fine and seems to take the jolt out of road imperfections. Not that the new mono-shock frame transmits much. Not brutal like my Road Glide Limited! My lumbar stenosis agrees.
Instead of making a bracket like y'all did, I ordered up the stock Cross Bones bracket 52330-08. Has a slight offset to line up better and no shop time. Used an old fender bib I found in the barn to cover wiring and such. Thanks for all the good info to make this easy!!
