No problem, I can't find the pic with the clearance but it doesn't need much.
And if you need a wheel, let me know... I may be going out to San Diego this week... haha

I appreciate it. I'm not sure which wheels I'm going to run yet. Looking to find the rear first so I can figure out how I'm going to make it fit.

Hi mate

A quick question?
Did you purchase the Front wheel install kit from Harley?
I have just got a Road King S front wheel but I need to get the front wheel install kit.
Also can you remember the torque settings for the front axle?

Cheers mate

What do you mean by a wheel install kit? Does the wheel not have the bearings and center spacer in it?
If you don't have them, here are the part numbers for them.
Bearings are 9252A and 9276B. Center spacer is 41900-08. The outer spacers, axle and abs sensor will all work from your stock parts.

I forgot to post my progress on the back wheel here also. The wheel is back at the machine shop taking a very thin layer off from around the rotor mounting surface so I can have the wheel powdercoated and cover that big flat area. He is also making me a spacer and cutting down one of the stock ones to work. I needed approx 3/4" more spacers total to make this work. The cool part is that the wheel will now be centered in the fender.

Thanks for the information.
Do you know the torque settings for
the front axle and fork pinch bolt? I’ve been struggling to find good information here in Australia
Thanks

The axle is 70-75 ft/lbs and the pinch bolt is 21-25 ft/lbs.

Hi 24V, just wondering if your Fatbob has ABS, ive just the rear wheel machined and found that the ABS sensor won’t contact the bearing.

We machined the rear hub and had to add a spacer to get the rear disc in the correct location
