I've had mine for 11 months now and have logged almost 10,000 miles. I added the 5 inch wind screen and 4 inch risers. The 5 inch windshield moves the air to around my head and there isn't a problem with buffeting until around 80-85. I don't like the forward controls for the long rides, so I'm thinking about adding floor boards so I can move me feet back a little. So far zero mechanical issues or oil usage.

You may want to send member "sportglide" a pm on here and ask. I bought the bike from him so not sure of the process used.

For all of you who have the risers did any of you have the dealer install them? If so how much did they charge? The only thing keeping me from wanting to do it is screwing around with the clutch cable that needs to be relocated.

Just DK I added the Guftasson 15" vented windshield in light smoke grey. I custom ordered 3/16 thickness instead of standard 1/8 for added strength and rigidity. Very pleased with the product and the service. I just did a 220 mile ride. Love the windshield. Shot up to 100 mph no buffeting. Both the venting and the shape allow for the no buffeting stable feel and wind & road debris protection. I'm 6'4" 36" inseam so I still easily look over the windshield yet air moves over and around me. I'm thinking anyone 5'10" to 6'4' should fit well from a vision and aerodynamics standpoint as I still look quite a bit over the top of the windshield. I also would like to add some narrow boards of some kind. I think some risers would also make the long rides more comfortable. Photo is from their website.

I installed the 4" pull back risers Harley sells myself. Only had to move clutch cable from over to under the left bar. No cable problem whatsoever.

The only problem I did have was the threads in the new riser were terrible and had to chase them in order to get the screws in without cross threading. Poor quality control.

Interesting, I’m 5’8’” with a 30” inseam. I’m thinking 15” might be too much, but I like the looks of it. I’ll checkout their site.

Yep you might like the 9 or 12" or 12" Euroflip better. https://bikescreen.com/products/harl...ort-glide-2018

Huntwhenever, Where did you find the taller rear shock? HD catalog only shows one that lowers the seat height .75". The combination handlebar, seat, seat height, foot controls had me squirming a bit and straightening my back. In a 220 mile ride with three short stops. Previously I had a V65 Magna with a similar frame and cruiser layout only it sat a little higher with factory mid controls and I had cruising pegs where HD put their controls. Between the mid controls highway pegs and occasionally hooking my heels on the passenger pegs I could ride that bike all day. I am not unhappy its workable but am wondering if I can create something better for my long lenky frame. Well and that was 30 years ago.

Apologize about the late response.. Been out of town for work and decided to take a 600+ mile trip through the Canyons (rented from Eagle Rider).. I'll try to get some pics this weekend and post 'em after I get her cleaned up a bit..
