No they are not the same, the Sport Glide bars don't angle back as much as the Fat Boy bars.

I think the SG bars are a little narrower than the FB bars also. I don't have the '18 Fat Boy anymore, so I can't do a side by side, but I do remember I didn't feel comfortable on the Fat Boy because of how the bars were. I'm sure had I ridden it I would have gotten used to it. It appears that both bikes have 1 1/4" clamping area, so you could swap bars between them. If you are thinking about going to the Sport Glide bars, going to a dealer and sitting on an SG would be the best thing to do. I would bet there is someone on here that has switched out the stock SG bars and has the stock one laying around.
