Pretty much zero chance of me putting on a Deuce fender. That was the worst part of that bike to me.

 

Agreed. Only part of the back end I’d consider messing with is a lower profile brake lamp.

 

Yes, really cleans up the rear. Especially if you remove the signals too.

 

I like the back end the way it is, even the license plate mount. Maybe I’m weird though LOL.

 

All I want to do is get that silly chrome tail light base blacked. I still don’t get that, and the chrome gauge bezels on a blacked out bike...

 

Ok I’m 100% with you on that. I noticed the CVO this year has the same tail light and it is blacked out. Wonder if we can order that part?

 

Custom Dynamics makes a black one--if it's the same one I have on my Dyna.

But yeah.. i don't get that being chrome and the levers being chrome.

 

Maybe, but it might be a different base and being a CVO part may be an expensive mistake!

Tried it. Doesn’t fit. It’s sitting in the box in my junk pile...

What I did on my Low Rider was using some black auto wrap film. Came out pretty good. Will probably do it again. Was thinking about ordering another chrome base and having it painted black. But the wrap looked pretty good so I lost motivation lol.

 

Looks good between the clear light and the silver paint though.

 

A guy on one of the Facebook groups made it fit. Bent a tab or something I think? Not really sure, he said it was a minor mod to get it right.
