Now with the forward’s I can go back to my low rider 2 up seat that my sissy bar was originally set up for.

With the lower position that the low rider seat sets me at I am back to the klock werks 9” windshield With zero buffeting. Definitely going with fat boy floor boards. Fat bagger clutch adjust is my next mode.

This is definitely something I'd want to do as well. I enjoy riding my bob more spiritedly and riding my friends dynas with true mids I definitely like that riding position more and it's a lot closer to the feeling I'm used to after coming from sport bikes and the supermoto I got rid of to pick up my bob. What options are out there for true mids on the 18+ M8 softail frame?

The only mids I've seen for M8 is the tcbros

A few places are making them in short runs. Thrashin Supply has done em, Speed Merchant, San Diego Customs that I’ve seem. I thought I heard of My Machinist prototyping some too. Seems to be a want for em so I’m surprised there’s not a bigger supply.

I think I'd hold out for some of them to put out a product. I do like to stand on my pegs and something just seems sketchy about putting that weight on the primary/engine cases instead of being frame mounted.

It would be nice if it was a bolt on affair using some dyna parts but unfortunately there's no provisions for the mounting on the frame and the part where those would mount are round bar on the frame and wouldn't be a simple drill and tap.

With all the trips to the dealer lately and seeing the st models it reminded me of what I thought when advanblack released the st fairing a year or so back. I thought I would Wait to see if there was any problems or bad reviews. No bad reviews so I am thinking of trying one. Was planning on pulling my fxrt at some point to put a stereo in it. So if I am going to try one now is the time I think. Will see.
